                        We will:

                I.   Implement a professional development plan that
       is focused on the district-wide needs of staff as
       determined by data analysis.

               II.   Design and implement    appropriate instruction
        and engaging work to increase student
        achievement.

              III.   Create policies to meet the ongoing financial
         needs of the district.

              IV.   Collect, assess, and monitor data that affects the
         financial stability of the district.

               V.   Develop and implement a communication plan
         to increase and improve communication between
         school and community.

              VI.   Design and implement a public engagement
        plan that results in authentic community input in
        the school district’s decision-making process.
