achieve the mission of the strategic plan is in place.

Each staff member has an individual professional development
plan.

Opportunities are provided for training and support in
instructional technology.

understanding to achieve strategic objectives.
STRATEGY 2:
Design and implement appropriate instruction and engaging work to
increase student achievement.

instruction, and assessment are aligned pre K-12
with content standards.

District staff collects, analyzes,
and uses data to make decisions
to improve student learning.

High expectations and engaging
work designed by teachers’
result in improved student achievement.

District staff have implemented
and evaluated existing
programs using scientific based criteria.

Create policies to meet the on going financial needs of the
district.

Collect, assess, and monitor data that affects the financial stability of
the district.

Develop and implement a communication plan to increase and
improve communication between school and community.
